Hello! I’m Shay Jackson, the proud founder and CEO of TLCscrubbs, based in Southern California since 2022. Starting a small business has always been a dream of mine, but I wanted to create something unique and meaningful for medical professionals like myself.

After extensive research and brainstorming, I was inspired to launch a scrub line that embodies style and quality. As a nurse who has spent most of my life in scrubs, I understand the importance of finding the right balance between professionalism and style. My mission is to ensure that TLCscrubbs reflect these values and more, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all.

So, what is TLCscrubbs? We are a contemporary scrub brand dedicated to helping medical professionals maintain a stylish yet professional appearance. The name TLC stands for Thoughtful, Loving, and Compassionate—qualities that we believe define nurses and healthcare workers. Our aim is to incorporate these values into our uniforms, because looking good while doing good is essential. And yes, the extra "B" in scrubs signifies that we are BUSY, always on the go!
