Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return or refund:
    • Merchandise must be in unworn condition.
    • Hang tags must remain attached.
    • Items must be unstained, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
  • The return/exchange window begins once items have been delivered.

Processing Returns

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing upon receipt of the returned item.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval of the return.
  • Refunds are credited via the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • You will receive an email notification confirming the receipt and approval or denial of your refund request.

Exchanges

  • We gladly accept exchanges/swaps for a different size.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email at info@tlcscrubbs.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If items arrive damaged or defective, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@tlcscrubbs.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your address, the return shipping time may vary.

Shipping Information

  • Free shipping is available for all orders over $100.
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and customers receive confirmation emails once orders are processed and shipped.
  • Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days delivery).
