Returns and Refunds
- Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return or refund:
- Merchandise must be in unworn condition.
- Hang tags must remain attached.
- Items must be unstained, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
- The return/exchange window begins once items have been delivered.
Processing Returns
- Please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing upon receipt of the returned item.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval of the return.
- Refunds are credited via the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- You will receive an email notification confirming the receipt and approval or denial of your refund request.
Exchanges
- We gladly accept exchanges/swaps for a different size.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email at info@tlcscrubbs.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If items arrive damaged or defective, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@tlcscrubbs.com.

- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on your address, the return shipping time may vary.
